Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Air is making waves online, with a fresh video showcasing the much-anticipated Sky Blue colorway. Shared by leaker Majin Bu on X, the clip offers a detailed look at a dummy model from multiple angles, and it’s already sparking excitement among fans.

Sky Blue Makes Its Way From MacBook Air to iPhone

The Sky Blue shade isn’t entirely new to Apple’s lineup. Earlier this year, the M4 MacBook Air debuted in the same color, which quickly became a customer favorite. Its soft, pastel-like tone is versatile, appearing almost white in certain lighting, yet unmistakably blue in others.

A Closer Look at the Design

The dummy model video highlights the color’s subtle elegance, showing it against different lighting conditions. One particular shot pairs the iPhone 17 Air with the iPhone 16 Pro in Desert Titanium, giving viewers a direct size and thickness comparison. The iPhone 17 Air appears impressively slim, living up to its name.

Four Colors Expected at Launch

While Sky Blue is grabbing the spotlight, reports suggest the iPhone 17 Air will be available in a total of four colors. Given Sky Blue’s proven popularity on the MacBook Air, it’s no surprise Apple is betting on it again for the iPhone lineup. Both, the iPhone 17 Air and the Pro lineup are expected to be powered by the A19 Pro, but the Air will get one less GPU core compared to the Pro.

Apple is expected to hold the iPhone 17 launch event on September 9, with new AirPods Pro and Apple Watch Ultra 3 also expected to be unveiled.
