Apple has quietly released new firmware updates for several of its accessories, including the 140W USB-C Power Adapter, Magic Trackpad 2, the USB-C Magic Trackpad, and Magic Keyboards with Touch ID, including the version with a numeric keypad.

While Apple hasn’t shared details on what’s included in the updates, they likely improve performance and may include security fixes. Accessory firmware updates are relatively rare, with some devices going over a year without an update.

For the USB-C versions of the Magic Trackpad and Magic Keyboard released in October 2024, these updates mark their first firmware revisions.
