It looks like OpenAI is quietly preparing something pretty interesting for iPhone users. The latest version of the ChatGPT app includes a hidden Apple Health icon inside the app’s code.
The image was discovered by Aaron Perris of MacRumors, and it strongly hints at future Health integration inside ChatGPT.
What the Hidden Icon Reveals
Based on the file name and the icon itself, it seems ChatGPT could soon pull in your Apple Health data to give more personalized responses. That might include insights based on your activity, sleep habits, diet logs, breathing patterns, or even hearing data. Basically, the app could turn into a smarter wellness assistant if this feature actually ships.

The code also points to Apple Health showing up inside ChatGPT’s “Apps and Connectors” settings, similar to how you can already plug in Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, Outlook, Notion, Slack, and more.
The only catch is timing. The ChatGPT iOS app was updated this week, but OpenAI hasn’t officially announced anything. This could be an early test, a placeholder, or something still waiting on Apple’s side.
