Apple has announced three new games coming to its subscription gaming service next month. Starting April 2, Apple Arcade will expand its library with DREDGE+, Unpacking+, and My Very Hungry Caterpillar+, bringing award-winning indie experiences and family-friendly titles to the platform.
The additions are part of Apple’s continued effort to grow its catalog of 200+ games, all available with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Here’s what players can expect from the latest arrivals.
DREDGE+ brings the full fishing adventure to Apple Arcade
DREDGE arrives on Apple Arcade as DREDGE+, offering the complete version of the indie hit.

Players explore eerie archipelagos, dredge up treasures from the ocean floor, and uncover strange mysteries hidden beneath the water’s surface. The Apple Arcade edition also includes previously released DLC content such as:
- The Pale Reach
- The Iron Rig
- Blackstone Key
- Custom rod equipment
The game previously won iPad Game of the Year at the 2025 App Store Awards, making it one of the biggest additions to the service this month.
Unpacking+ brings the relaxing puzzle hit to Arcade
Another award-winning title joining the platform is Unpacking.
The Apple Arcade version, Unpacking+, is a relaxing puzzle experience centered around unpacking boxes and organizing belongings after a move.

Part puzzle game and part home-decor simulator, the game gradually reveals the story of a character’s life through the objects players place throughout different homes.
The original game earned a Cultural Impact award at the 2023 App Store Awards for its storytelling and calming gameplay.
My Very Hungry Caterpillar+ brings a beloved character to life
The third addition is based on the iconic children’s character created by Eric Carle.
My Very Hungry Caterpillar+ allows players to care for their own virtual caterpillar, feeding it, playing games, and exploring interactive environments.

As players nurture the character, the caterpillar grows, eventually forming a cocoon and transforming into a butterfly, mirroring the story from the classic children’s book.
The game is designed to be a family-friendly experience suitable for younger players.
Apple Arcade also adds Star Wars content to Disney SpellStruck
In addition to new games, Apple Arcade continues to roll out updates to existing titles.
On March 19, Disney SpellStruck received new Adventure Mode maps inspired by Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back.
The update also introduces two new playable characters:
- Darth Vader
- Lando Calrissian
Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop celebrates 35 years of the franchise
Another major update is coming on April 9 for Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop.
The game will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Puyo Puyo franchise with a brand-new mode called Puyo Puyo Garden.
For the first time in the series, players will be able to grow and nurture their own Puyo characters, then battle using their custom creations.
With these additions and updates, Apple Arcade continues to position itself as a curated gaming service focused on premium mobile experiences without ads or microtransactions.
